Job Description:

We are a subcontractor currently working on the prestigious Diriyah Project and are seeking 2 experienced Document Controllers to join our team on an immediate basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control project documentation in line with company and project requirements

Maintain proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents

Ensure all documents are correctly registered, distributed, and tracked

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents

Monitor document revisions and maintain version control

Ensure compliance with project documentation standards and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction or large-scale projects

Strong working knowledge of Aconex (mandatory)

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Immediate availability preferred
