MEP Technician (Facility Management – Labor Camp)

Position: MEP Technician Location: Saudi Arabia – Labor Camp (50 Persons)

Category: Facility Management / Camp Maintenance Contract Type: Full-Time

???? Job Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance — Repair DBs, breakers, wiring, sockets, and small power systems.

• Lighting Installation — Install new lights, replace faulty fixtures, and ensure proper connections.

• Plumbing & Washroom Repair — Fix leaks, repair washrooms, replace valves, maintain drainage, and ensure proper water flow.

• AC Cleaning & Servicing — Clean filters, wash coils, check cooling performance, and maintain split units.

• Generator Operation — Switch generators during power outages and ensure proper running condition.

• Mechanical Systems — Maintain pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and camp mechanical equipment.

• Preventive Maintenance — Perform scheduled PM for all camp utilities and equipment.

• Daily Inspections — Inspect water tanks, pumps, electrical rooms, and common areas.

• Troubleshooting — Diagnose faults quickly and carry out corrective actions.

• Safety Compliance — Follow PPE, lockout/tagout, and site safety procedures.

• Reporting — Maintain daily logs and update supervisors on completed tasks.

???? Qualifications

• Diploma Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP

• 2–4 years’ experience in facility or camp maintenance

• Ability to repair washrooms, install lights, clean AC units, and operate generators

• Knowledge of HVAC, pumps, electrical panels, and plumbing systems

• Ability to read basic drawings and wiring diagrams

• Familiar with hand tools, multimeters, and testing equipment

• Camp-based facility housing 50-100 workers

• Must be physically fit for lifting, climbing, and outdoor work

• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance needs
