التقدم الى Experienced Freelance Architectural Draftsman / Architect Required – Bahrain in Manama

We are looking for a highly experienced freelance architectural professional based in Bahrain for a restaurant modification and approval project located in Adliya, Block 338.

Important Clarification

We are NOT looking for candidates who will simply redirect us to an architectural consultancy or act only as a middleman. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and handling the actual technical work and drawings.

The architectural consultancy’s role will only be for:

• Official stamping

• Government submissions

• Approval follow-ups

• Permit processing

Scope of Work

The candidate must be capable of independently handling:

• Site visit and preparation of as-built drawings

• Architectural modification drawings as per client requirements

• Elevation drawings for authority submissions

• Working drawings suitable for government approvals

• Coordination drawings where required

• Assisting in authority-related revisions and compliance updates

• Coordination with structural requirements if necessary

The candidate must have practical knowledge of Bahraini authority requirements and should prepare drawings in a manner that is realistically approvable once submitted through a licensed architectural firm.

Required Experience

Candidates should have:

• Proven Bahrain experience in commercial / restaurant approval projects

• Strong knowledge of Municipality, UPDA, Civil Defense, and urban planning requirements

• Hands-on AutoCAD and drawing preparation experience

• Experience coordinating authority revisions and approval comments

• A track record of completing similar approval-related projects successfully

Additional Advantage

Candidates who already have connections with reliable architectural consultancies capable of handling stamping and submissions at competitive rates will have an added advantage.
