We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Manpower Supply Coordinator to manage our end-to-end recruitment and mobilization process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing skilled/unskilled labor, preparing professional quotations, and coordinating directly with clients to meet company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identifying and scouting for suitable manpower through various channels and databases.

• Quotation Management: Independently preparing competitive quotations and cost estimates for manpower supply services.

• Coordination: Acting as a bridge between the company and the clients to ensure timely deployment.

• Documentation: Managing labor records, site requirements, and daily reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Communication: Must be fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).

• Regional Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam or Telugu (Andhra Pradesh) is highly preferred to communicate effectively with the workforce.

• Technical Skills: Ability to draft professional emails and create structured quotations independently.

• Experience: Proven experience in the manpower supply or recruitment industry.
