We are looking for a Process Map Designer to develop clear and professional process flow diagrams for various HR functions. This is a task-based role, where each completed process map will be compensated individually.

???? Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be responsible for designing process maps related to:

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Business Operations (BU Ops)

Talent Acquisition (TA)

Organizational Development (OD)

HR Operations (HR Ops)

???? Deliverables

Professional Process Flow Diagrams / Flowcharts

Clearly defined steps, decision points, and workflows

Clean, executive-level formatting (ready for presentation)

???? Compensation

SAR 250 per completed process map

Payment will be made upon delivery and approval of each task

✅ Requirements

Experience in process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)

Understanding of HR processes is a plus

Ability to deliver clean, structured, and easy-to-understand diagrams
