Position: Specialized Electrician

Department: Electrical Maintenance

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: 3-Shift Rotation (9 hours each)

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical systems on all production lines (Pita, Buns, Rolls, Tortillas)

• Service packaging machines – troubleshoot and repair electrical faults

• Operate and maintain rotary ovens and heating systems

• Install and program inverter systems (VFDs) across all lines

• Calibrate and maintain sensors and electrical devices

• Manage Pita bread line electrical control from Divider to Oven

• Read technical diagrams and schematics in English and Arabic

• Document all work in CMMS

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance

• Expert knowledge of industrial AC/DC electrical systems

• Experience with rotary ovens and bakery equipment

• Proficiency with inverter systems (VFDs) – programming and troubleshooting

• Expertise in sensors (temperature, pressure, proximity)

• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics

• Fluent English reading skills (technical manuals)

• Knowledge of electrical safety standards

• Experience with PLC and control systems

• Valid electrical license/certification

Specialized Equipment Knowledge

Pita Bread Line (Divider to Oven): Temperature control, motor systems, safety devices

Buns Production (Rotary Ovens): Heating elements, electrical controls, temperature sensors

Packaging Machines: Motors, speed controls, safety systems

Inverter Systems (VFDs): Installation, programming, parameter tuning, fault diagnosis
