We’re Hiring – Jr. Accounts Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our growing F&B team.

Location: Bahrain

Industry: Food & Beverage

Full Time Position

Main Responsibilities:

• Petty cash handling

• Debit Note / Credit Note booking

• Entering daily Purchases and Sales into Microsoft Business Central

• LMRA / GOSI / ETISALCOM payments

• Preparing Weekly Reports and Daily Sales Reports

• Preparing slips for cash/cheque deposits

• Providing monthly purchase and sales reports to the Finance Manager

• Following up with suppliers for necessary documents and statements

• Preparing payment cheques for departments upon request

• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• 2 years of hands on accounting experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to coordinate with senior management

• A dedicated team player with a disciplined work ethic, strong honesty, and integrity in all responsibilities and interactions.
