Job Title: Drilling Sales Representative

Industry: Gouna Company Limited (Oil & Gas)

Location: Dammam

**Job Summary**

The Drilling Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling drilling-related products and services to oil & gas companies. The role focuses on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in drilling operations and services

* Promote drilling equipment, tools, chemicals, and related services to clients

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers (operators, contractors, service companies)

* Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders (RFQs/RFPs)

* Coordinate with technical and operations teams to meet client requirements

* Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and closing sales deals

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

* Ensure timely collection of payments and contract compliance

* Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues

### **Requirements & Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related field preferred) or Business

* 3–7 years of experience in drilling sales or oil & gas services

* Strong knowledge of drilling operations, equipment, and industry standards

* Proven sales track record in the oil & gas sector

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

* Valid driving license (preferred in Saudi Arabia)
