Job Title: Honeywell Operations Advisory Systems Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our team, specializing in Honeywell Operations Advisory systems and Asset Performance Management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, upgrading, and supporting Honeywell systems while providing technical expertise to optimize asset performance, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency in the Oil & Gas industry.

What You’ll Do

Install, upgrade, and support Honeywell Operations Advisory systems, including:

Operational Logbook

Monitoring & Meetings

Asset Sentinel

KPI Manager

Provide technical expertise and support for Honeywell Field Rounds and other related systems.

Set up and maintain Production and QA environments to ensure seamless system operation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, developing solutions using Honeywell systems and tools.

Work with stakeholders to develop and implement system solutions that meet business needs and optimize operational performance.

Develop and maintain documentation of system installations, upgrades, and support activities.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Honeywell systems and Asset Performance Management.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members as needed.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Requirements)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.

Experience (by level):

Level Minimum Oil & Gas Experience

Senior Engineer 9+ years

Engineer 5+ years

Technical Proficiency (Required):

Installing, upgrading, and supporting:

Honeywell Operations Advisory systems (Operational Logbook, Monitoring, Meetings)

Honeywell Asset Sentinel

Honeywell KPI Manager

Honeywell Field Rounds

Setting up and maintaining Production and QA environments.

Preferred Software Tools (Highly Valued):
