Job Summary:

ANCC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to manage and support our IT infrastructure, security systems, and provide technical support across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth IT and surveillance operations within a construction and industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and servers

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems and surveillance networks

• Manage and support biometric attendance devices and access control systems

• Monitor system performance and ensure data security, backups, and system integrity

• Install, configure, and update IT equipment and software

• Support ERP and other internal systems

• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, CCTV, and biometric system maintenance

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or industrial sector

• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity

• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control systems

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
