Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (High-Rise Hospitality Projects)

Job Description:

China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise hospitality projects. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the construction of high-rise buildings, particularly within hotel or hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for civil works.

• Ensure project execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.

• Review and interpret technical drawings and resolve site issues.

• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently on site.

• Conduct inspections and ensure all works meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum [5+] years of experience in construction projects.

• Mandatory experience in high-rise buildings (hospitality projects preferred).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Important Note:

Candidates without proven high-rise building experience will not be considered.
