Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with furniture industry experience only to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and coordination with the showroom. The role requires strong hands-on control, system discipline, and understanding of furniture handling, storage, and movement.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch

Manage warehouse staff, labor planning, and daily task allocation

Ensure accurate stock receiving, GRNs, bin/location control, and documentation

Coordinate closely with the Showroom team for:

Receiving customer furniture items

Handling display and showroom transfer items

Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of furniture items

Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits

Track damages, shortages, and discrepancies and report promptly

Maintain warehouse safety, layout, cleanliness, and SOP compliance

Support ERP-based inventory transactions and follow system workflows

Requirements

5–7 years of warehouse experience in the furniture industry only

Previous role as Warehouse Supervisor / Senior Storekeeper (Furniture)

Strong knowledge of furniture handling, stacking, packaging, and damage control

ERP system experience is mandatory (Odoo / SAP / Oracle or similar)

Forklift driving experience is a plus

Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)

Physically fit and operationally hands-on

Salary
