We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor cum Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and unit rate analysis
Carry out material take-offs and labor estimation
Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings and as-built drawings based on approved designs and site conditions (for execution and coordination purposes only; not design authority drawings)
Review, analyze, and follow up on supplier and subcontractor quotations
Handle local and international procurement
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams
Monitor site progress, quality, and material compliance
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Experience in estimation, procurement, site coordination, and shop drawings
GCC experience preferred
