Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:

1. Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery speed, and reliability.

2. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with external vendors.

4. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, suppliers, and contract terms.

5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment.

6. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

7. Assist in developing procurement strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during the procurement process.

9. Resolve any issues related to supply, delivery delays, or quality concerns.

Logistics Coordination Duties:

1. Coordinate the transportation and delivery of purchased goods and materials.

2. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment.

3. Track shipments and update internal teams on delivery schedules or delays.

4. Arrange import/export documentation and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

5. Manage warehouse stock distribution and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

6. Optimize logistics procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

7. Maintain records of shipment details, delivery confirmations, and freight costs.

8. Assist in coordinating inland transportation and local deliveries.

9. Troubleshoot logistical issues and propose corrective actions.

10. Work closely with finance, operations, and warehouse teams to support end-to-end supply needs.

Requirements:

• Must have experience on ERP Odoo.

• Must have previous experience in the same role

• Must be good in English language and Arabic is a plus
