Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Sales Call Centre Representatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and contributing to our sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
o Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests.
o Provide exceptional support via email and chat, ensuring timely responses.
o Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
2. Sales Support:
o Conduct outbound telemarketing to generate leads and engage potential customers.
o Manage the sales process, including product demonstrations and upselling opportunities.
o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
o Get involved in international sales.
3. Marketing Services:
o Assist in the management of social media platforms and engage with customers online.
o Support email marketing campaigns and collect customer feedback.
o Help promote loyalty programs and special offers.
4. WhatsApp Messaging Support:
o Engage customers through WhatsApp, providing timely updates and assistance.
o Address frequently asked questions and troubleshoot common issues.
5. Accounting Support:
o Aid in basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
o Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
6. Quality Assurance:
o Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
o Contribute to quality monitoring by providing feedback on calls.
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hindi or Urdu or Arabic plus English is required
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
