– Table Server** (in branches offering table service)

???? Core Responsibilities**

Customer Service

– Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude

– Take accurate orders at the counter, kiosk, or drive‑thru

– Serve food to tables in table‑service branches

– Handle customer questions and concerns professionally

Food Preparation

– Prepare burgers, fries, drinks, and other menu items

– Assemble orders quickly and accurately

– Follow strict food‑safety and hygiene standards

Restaurant Operations

– Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms

– Restock supplies (cups, sauces, napkins, etc.)

– Work with team members to achieve shift goals

– Operate kitchen and cooking equipment safely

Cash Handling

– Process customer payments

– Provide correct change

– Assist customers using self‑order kiosks
