التقدم الى QC Inspector Electrical With Aramco Experience In Oil And Gas Industry in Khobar

We are looking for Electrical QC INSPECTOR” with Aramco experience in Oil and gas industry with 3 to 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry under Aramco projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Verify and ensure that all quality related activities are in accordance with codes and standards (API/ ANSI/ ASME/ SAMSS Etc)

Responsible for preparing Quality Plan and ITPs that supports the project and clients’ requirements on quality assurance and quality control.

Ensure that non-conforming activities including potential nonconformances are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.

Responsible for Closing NCRs and preventive action plans for NCRs.

Witnessing and Preparing Inspection reports related to Hydro testing, welding and other activities relevant project scope.

Provide independent quality control audit of Client vendors/contractors and sub-contractor.

Ensure all Contractors’ QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented and

auditable and fully comply with all Client and regulatory agency requirements ( ISO/ API Etc) .

Preparation of NDT Plan, NDT Procedures and related Documents with reference to Codes, standards and project specification.

Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level.

Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on job.

Controlling the activities of QC Inspectors/NDT coordinators and giving proper instructions to them.

Ensure that the QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.

Facing of internal audits as an auditee, ensuring full compliance to international standards

Performing analysis and preparing reports on quality related issues such as COPQ ( Cost of Poor quality) and NCRs Requirement:

Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline or its equivalent with a minimum 3-5 years experience with similar experience as QA/QC Engineer with qualified QMS Auditor in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in QA/QC both offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities.

Experience in quality control and quality assurance functions in the oil, gas field.

Experience in welding and common NDT methods, hydro testing of valves ( Manual, MOV & Control Valves) & piping.

Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2000

Able to work independently and contribute for the team excellence as well.

Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, AWS/ASME/ANSI Codes or other industry codes and standard
