Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the labour camp
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
Monitor attendance, discipline, and worker accommodation
Coordinate with site management, HR, and administration
Handle worker issues, complaints, and basic welfare matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and LMRA regulations
Maintain records related to accommodation and camp activities
Requirements
Indian nationality
Minimum 3–5 years experience as Camp Supervisor / Camp In-charge
Experience managing labour camps (construction or facilities)
Basic English communication skills
Leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills
Benefits
Salary: 250–300 BD
Company visa & work permit
Medical & annual leave as per Bahrain Labour Law
