Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for instrumentation and mechanical projects including control systems, HVAC, piping, and equipment installations

Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation

Conduct quantity take-offs for instrumentation materials, mechanical equipment, and related systems

Source and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and tender submissions

Liaise with clients, consultants, engineering, and project management teams

Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of projects

Conduct site visits and assessments as required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as an Instrumentation or Mechanical Estimator

Gulf experience is Preferred

Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems (control valves, transmitters, analyzers, DCS/PLC) and/or mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, process equipment)

Familiarity with Gulf region specifications and industry standards

Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office (particularly Excel)

Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects

Engineering degree or diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
