Duties and Responsibilities

• Construction & Fabrication: Build, install, and repair wooden structures such as cabins, sheds, platforms, decks, and walkways.

• Renovation & Maintenance: Perform repairs on existing structures, including fixing siding, roofing, drywall, doors, windows, and flooring.

• Modular Unit Installation: Set up, connect, and repair prefabricated “camp shacks” or modular buildings.

• Cabinetry & Fixtures: Design and install shelves, cabinets, and furniture.

• Site Safety & Clean-up: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site; remove debris, and ensure proper disposal of construction waste.

• Material Management: Select, measure, and cut lumber and other materials; order materials and track inventory for projects.

• Tool Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders).

• Compliance: Adhere to building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and environmental guidelines.

General Maintenance Support: Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed, such as basic plumbing, electrical work, or painting

Qualifications

Experience is required
