Job Title: E‑Commerce & Talabat Marketplace Executive

Role Summary

The E‑Commerce & Talabat Marketplace Executive is responsible for managing and growing Alia Flowers’ presence on Talabat. The role focuses on optimizing product listings and menus, creating and updating catalogs, suggesting new products and bundles, and tracking performance through regular sales and marketing reports.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage the Alia Flowers store on Talabat (and other delivery platforms if needed), ensuring all items, prices, photos and descriptions are accurate and up to date.

-Create, update and organize Talabat menus/catalogs by occasion (Valentine, Mother’s Day, Ramadan, etc.) and price segments.

-Propose new products, bundles and promotions based on sales data, seasonality, competitor activity and available stock.

-Coordinate with the marketing and floristry teams to brief new items (name, description, photos, tags) and ensure on‑brand presentation.

-Monitor daily orders on Talabat, tracking acceptance rate, cancellations, delivery issues and customer comments, and recommend actions to improve ratings and reviews.

-Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for Talabat (by product, category, time of day, area, campaign, voucher, etc.) and share insights with management.

-Analyze performance of promotions, discounts and campaigns on Talabat and suggest optimisation (best‑selling price points, images, product mix).

-Coordinate with operations to ensure product availability and discontinue or replace low‑performing SKUs.

-Work closely with Talabat account manager on visibility campaigns, banner placements, vouchers and seasonal features.

-Ensure all Talabat content follows brand guidelines and basic SEO/keyword best practices within the platform (titles, tags, search terms).

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce or related field (or equivalent experience).

-1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or managing online delivery platforms (Talabat, Jahez, Deliveroo, etc.).

-Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel/Google Sheets to build and interpret sales reports.

-Good understanding of online customer behaviour, pricing and promotions.

-Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

-Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, campaign‑driven environment.

Preferred Skills

-Experience with WooCommerce / online catalogs is a plus.

-Experience in F&B, flowers, gifting or retail is an advantage.

-Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools to brief/prepare simple visuals is a plus
