Join a leading hypermarket retail operation in Bahrain. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Inventory Manager to optimize inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and ensure product availability across all departments. Experience with large retail operations or multi-location inventory oversight.
???? Qualifications & Skills
Education:
*Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience:
*Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in inventory management, retail stock control, or supply chain functions—preferably in retail or hypermarket environments.
*Experience with inventory planning, ERP systems, and stock control software.
Technical Skills:
*Strong understanding of inventory principles and forecasting techniques.
*Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills
*Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Effective communication and cross-department collaboration abilities.
*Leadership with the ability to guide and develop team members.
