– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who operate processing machines
and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic parts and products.
– Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
– Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
– Requisition materials and supplies.
– Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
– Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions.
– Prepare production and other reports.
– set up machines and equipment.

• Relevant diploma or higher
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the plastic industry
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, equipment, plastic quality standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in using production management software and tools
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
