Responsibilities and Required Skills/ Qualifications:
1) IT proficient, computer systems and sales
2) Sufficient knowledge and experience with electrical items
3) Effective communication and handling customer through various channels; phone calls, electronic messaging, website handling and personal personal interaction if required.
4) Processing orders, relative forms, applications and updating website content
5) Can work with less supervision, strong team work ability and customer support.
