Key responsibilities

•Prepare detailed ELV system drawings using AutoCAD.

•Design and coordinate ELV layouts including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, GRMS, lighting control, PAVA, SMATV, intercom, and structured cabling.

•Develop 3D visualizations and rendered models for façade and interior lighting using 3DS Max, Lumion, Twinmotion, and SketchUp.

•Perform lighting design and lux calculations using Dialux and Relux.

•Prepare technical documents such as equipment lists, specifications, and material submittals.

•Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.

•Modify drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.

•Support pre-sales and tender design when required.

Requirements

•Minimum 5–10 years of experience in ELV system design (Bahrain/GCC experience preferred).

•Strong knowledge of ELV systems and industry standards.

•Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion, Twinmotion, SketchUp, and Dialux.

•Experience with Philips Dynalite, Honeywell, Gent, Bosch, Dahua, and Hikvision is an advantage.

•Good communication and documentation skills.

•Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
