We are seeking a Maintenance Manager with a strong engineering background and a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead and manage the maintenance operations of outdoor landscaping and garden projects.

Candidates must be currently working in Saudi Arabia and willing to relocate to Riyadh.

The role requires managing ongoing maintenance operations across multiple sites, leading teams and subcontractors, ensuring the efficiency of irrigation systems, controlling operational costs, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards, and achieving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the maintenance of outdoor landscaping, gardens, and ongoing projects.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans (plants, irrigation systems, lighting, and hardscape elements).

Supervise work teams and subcontractors and ensure quality of execution.

Monitor irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve water consumption efficiency.

Control operational costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets.

Prepare periodic reports on site performance and operational status.

Coordinate with clients and respond to technical feedback and service requests.

Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all sites.
