We are looking for an experienced Workforce Manager to oversee and manage a large, multi-site construction workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in manpower planning, transportation, scheduling, leave management, and employee relations within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control manpower deployment across multiple project sites

Manage workforce scheduling, attendance, shifts, and overtime

Oversee employee transportation and accommodation coordination

Monitor leave management, absences, and replacements to ensure uninterrupted site operations

Coordinate with Project Managers and HR to meet project manpower requirements

Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in workforce or manpower management

Proven experience handling large workforces (1,000+ employees) in construction

Strong knowledge of construction operations and site manpower needs

Experience managing transportation, accommodation, and site logistics
