Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works including wiring systems, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and related components.

Diagnose electrical faults and perform timely troubleshooting to restore systems to safe working condition.

Install, service, and maintain plumbing systems such as piping networks, taps, water heaters, sanitary fittings, and drainage lines.

Repair plumbing fixtures and ensure proper water supply, pressure, and drainage performance.

Ensure all electrical and plumbing works comply with applicable safety standards, regulations, and building codes.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls involving electrical or plumbing failures.

Maintain proper care, storage, and organization of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.

Coordinate with other technicians and team members to complete assigned maintenance and repair activities efficiently.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems to ensure reliability and functionality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade qualification in electrical or plumbing works is an advantage.

Demonstrated hands-on experience working as an electrician and plumber in a maintenance or construction environment.

Good understanding of electrical and plumbing safety practices, codes, and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and fault-diagnosis skills.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
