We are looking for a qualified Draftsman (Architectural / MEP) to join our team and support ongoing projects.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed architectural and MEP drawings
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Develop 3D models for design and presentation purposes
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Support quantity take-off and basic BOQ preparation
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
???? Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Draftsman (Architectural / MEP)
• Strong coordination and clash detection skills
• Good knowledge of quantity take-off
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a strong advantage)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
???? Employment Type: Full-time
