The Main Tasks will be:
– Answering Customer Calls and emails 24 hours should be available anytime
– Analyzing customer data and preparing periodic reports on customer service performance with
recommendations for improvement
– Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate
– Reaching out to new clients and keep good communications
– Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintaining ongoing communication with
them to provide necessary support
– Providing support and assistance to customers in using products or services, and guiding them in case
of any issues
- Good communications
- Speak Arabic and English well
- Good skills in Microsoft Office ( Excel and power point specially )
- Saudi ladies Only
