• Reach out to potential members through wide-ranging methods, which includes but is not limited to calls & field visits
• Turn potential members into confirmed members by booking appointments, conducting need analysis, club visit & follow-up
• Promote sales through payment plans and seasonal memberships specials
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through member promotions, community outreach & proactive referral seeking
• Skillfully sell personal training packages & gear shop products, including MyZone
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals & ancillary service goals
• Renew memberships of existing members
• Cover reception as per designated hours
- Communication & Customer Service Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in sales & customer service
