Hiring: Material Receiving / Vendor Inspector (Mechanical + Fabrication Background)

Location: Rabigh

Experience: 7+ years (Mandatory)

Role Summary:

We need a Vendor‑Side Material Inspector with a Mechanical Engineering background and strong fabrication inspection experience. The role involves material receiving, fabrication stage inspections, documentation, and vendor coordination as per Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform vendor‑side material receiving inspections (PO, MR, drawings, MTCs)

* Verify dimensions, quantities, heat numbers & traceability

* Conduct fabrication‑related inspections: fit‑up, welding, spool fabrication, dimensional checks

* Ensure compliance with Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SAEP)

* Review MTCs as per 01‑SAMSS

* Prepare MRIRs, NCRs & maintain inspection documentation

* Use SA175 forms for receiving & inspection

* Coordinate with vendor QC for corrective actions

* Support audits, surveillance visits & material release

Mandatory Requirements:

Candidates must have strong knowledge of:

* Fabrication processes (fit‑up, welding, spool fabrication, dimensional QC)

* SAES

* SAMSS

* SAEP

* SA175 Forms

* Aramco 9COM

* RVL (Recommended Vendor List)

* MTC review, traceability & dimensional inspection

* Ability to read mechanical drawings, isometrics & datasheets

* Knowledge of ASTM / ASME / API material standards

Candidate Profile:

* 7+ years experience in Aramco/JV vendor inspection or material receiving

* Strong fabrication QC background

* Excellent documentation & communication skills

* Able to work independently at vendor facilities.

* Mechanical Engineering Diploma / Degree

* ⁠Driving license mandatory

* ⁠FAT By company

* Location:Rabigh ,Petro Rabigh plant

* Driving License is Mandatory
