Hospital Porter Supervisor
Salary: 2,000 SAR per month
Iqama Requirement:
Must have a minimum of 1 year valid Iqama.
Candidate must be willing to undergo Sponsorship Transfer (Kafala).
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the porter/transport team.
Scheduling: Manage shift rotations, ensuring adequate coverage for day, night, and emergency shifts.
Quality Control: Ensure all patients are transported safely and medical equipment is moved efficiently according to hospital protocols.
Training: Brief new porters on hospital layouts, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the nursing staff and the porter team to prioritize urgent tasks.
Reporting: Maintain logs of equipment movement and report any maintenance issues or staff performance concerns to management.
Conflict Resolution: Handle any minor disputes or patient complaints with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hospital environment (previous supervisory experience is highly preferred).
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of assisting the team with manual tasks when necessary.
Communication: Strong command of English and Arabic to communicate effectively with diverse medical staff and patients.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain discipline under pressure.
Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations calmly.
