Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have experience in HR operations within Bahrain, including government-related activities, and should be available to join immediately. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities

Manage government-related tasks such as LMRA, SIO, CPR, GOSI, visa processing, work permits, and renewals

Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking

Support employee relations and respond to HR-related queries

Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies

Liaise with government authorities when required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of HR experience in Bahrain

Hands-on experience with Bahrain government portals and procedures

Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to join immediately or within a very short notice period

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Candidate

Currently residing in Bahrain

Experience in handling multi-national employees

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
