Announcement for Hiring Business Development Manager – Industrial & Maintenance

A leading general contracting company is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in industrial contracting and maintenance projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With a solid track record working with Saudi Aramco, EPC contractors, SEC, government projects, and industrial facilities, the company continues to expand across maintenance, construction, retrofitting, piping, E&I, blasting, and protective coating services.

Role HighlightsDrive business development for industrial & maintenance projects

Build and manage relationships with Saudi Aramco, EPCs, and industrial clients

Lead opportunity identification, tenders, and contract acquisition

Work closely with estimation, operations, and HSE teams

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in industrial contracting or maintenance sales

Strong exposure to Saudi Aramco or Aramco-approved contractors, SEC, or government projects

Technical understanding of mechanical, piping, E&I, or maintenance scopes

Strong network within the Eastern Province

Fluent in English and Arabic

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
