التقدم الى Mechanical Technician – Industrial Valves Experience Only in Yanbu

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician with hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair, testing, and installation of industrial valves, including gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, check valves, diaphragm valves, and other related mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of industrial piping systems and mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, dismantle, and repair various types of industrial valves.

Perform routine maintenance on gate, globe, ball, butterfly, check, diaphragm, and control valves.

Conduct valve pressure testing, leak testing, and calibration according to standards.

Install and align valves within pipelines and process systems.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals.

Replace gaskets, seals, packing, discs, seats, stems, actuators, and other valve components.

Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrically actuated valves.

Ensure proper documentation of service work and maintenance reports.

Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks.

Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Proven experience working with industrial valves (2–5+ years preferred).

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and measuring instruments.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions.

Experience working in industrial environments (oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, water treatment, etc.).

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong safety awareness and documentation skills.

Required Skills:

Experience with control valves and actuators (pneumatic/electric/hydraulic).

Knowledge of ASME/API valve standards.

Familiarity with shutdown/turnaround maintenance environments.

Welding or machining experience is a plus.
