Elevator Technician (Installation and Operation) (3 Positions)

Job Title: Elevator Installation and Operation Technician

Experience Required: 10–15 years

Work Location: Riyadh – Eastern Province

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform all stages of elevator installation according to technical drawings and specifications.

Install mechanical structures, cabins, doors, and drive units.

Conduct initial inspections and ensure the safety of mechanical and electrical connections.

Adhere to installation standards of global manufacturers such as TK, KONE, OTIS, SCHINDLER.

Diagnose issues during installation and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and consultants.

Comply with all safety and security procedures at the worksite.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience of 10–15 years in elevator installation.

Strong knowledge of installation protocols for the mentioned companies.

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical schematics.

Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

Assistant Elevator Installation Technician (3 Positions)

Job Title: Assistant Elevator Installation Technician

Experience Required: Preferably 5 years of experience

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist technicians in all stages of elevator installation.

Prepare the worksite and assist in lifting materials and equipment to installation points.

Work safely on scaffolding and handle necessary hand and power tools.

Perform basic mechanical tasks under supervision of a senior technician.

Follow safety rules and procedures at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and the worksite.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of installation work and scaffold operation.

Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and correctly.
