– Responsible for increasing, developing and closing sales
– Presenting products and services to prospects and customers
– Identifying market segments, important customers and business opportunities.
– Identifying the key accounts to approach for opportunities.
– Visiting potential customers and prospects for new business;
– Performs sales presentations including product and solutions demos and collecting customer requirements.
– Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
– Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
– Following-up on the project from an account management point of view: cross sell, up sell, conflict resolution, payment recovery issues.
