As we expand our dermatology and high-end hair care portfolio , we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Medical Representative to join our growing team.

The Role

Are you a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of the dermatology market? We need a professional who can bridge the gap between our innovative products and the Kingdom’s top medical specialists. Your mission will be to ensure our brands are the “top of mind” choice for Dermatologists and Aesthetic clinics across Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

Promote our Derma and Hair Care portfolios to Dermatologists, Clinicians, and Pharmacists.

Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase prescription rates and market share.

Organize clinical meetings, seminars, and product workshops for healthcare professionals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to listing products in clinic pharmacies.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical sales within Bahrain, specifically in the Dermatology/Aesthetics sector.

Network: An existing, strong network of Dermatologists and Aesthetic clinics in Bahrain is highly preferred.

Language: Excellent command of English (Arabic is a major plus).

Must-Have: A valid Bahraini Driving License and a personal vehicle.
