Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced substation supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing technicians, and ensuring work is completed according to approved standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of HV/MV substations
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and utility representatives
Monitor daily site activities and report progress
Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting
Maintain work records and reports
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (or relevant field)
Minimum 10 years experience in substation supervision
Strong knowledge of HV/MV equipment and safety practices
Ability to manage manpower and site activities
Good communication skills
Gulf experience.
