Position: Tower Crane Technician / Erection Foreman

We are looking for a Tower Crane Technician with more than 5 years of proven experience in tower crane erection, dismantling, and climbing, capable of working as a foreman / lead technician.

Job Responsibilities / Work Scope:

Supervise and execute tower crane erection, dismantling, and climbing

Lead erection crew and manage daily activities on site

Ensure installation is done according to manufacturer manuals and drawings

Inspect tower crane components before, during, and after erection

Coordinate with site engineers, riggers, and safety officers

Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and lifting plans

Identify and resolve technical issues during erection works

Report progress and site issues to management

Job Requirements:

More than 5 years experience in tower crane erection & dismantling

Foreman-level or lead technician experience is required

Strong technical knowledge of tower crane systems

Ability to read manuals, drawings, and method statements

Physically fit and able to work at height

Experience in Saudi Arabia projects is an advantage
