Job Opportunity: Travel Agency Ticketing Officer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ticketing Officer/Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Five Rivers Travels. Key Responsibilities:

Handle airline reservations, ticketing, and issuance using Sabre GDS system.

Provide expert advice on flight options, fares, routing, and travel itineraries.

Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, refunds, and re-issuances efficiently.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling travel products.

Assist walk-in clients, handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.

Ensure compliance with airline policies, IATA rules, and agency procedures.

Support team in peak seasons and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Ticketing/Reservation Officer in a reputable travel agency.

Expert-level proficiency in Sabre GDS (must be able to demonstrate advanced commands, fare quoting, ticketing, and PNR management).

Proven sales history with a strong existing client base (personal clientage is a must).

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.

Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog/Filipino is highly advantageous).

Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship preferred.
