We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Chefs (Entry-Level with Experience) with exposure to International Cuisine to join the culinary team of a prestigious luxury resort in Riyadh. The selected candidates will support senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes across multiple international menus while maintaining five-star service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes from international cuisines as per resort standards.

• Support senior chefs with mise en place, food preparation, and plating.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize wastage.

• Work efficiently during peak service hours and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Commis or trainee cook in hotels or reputed restaurants specializing in international cuisine.

• Basic culinary diploma or training certificate preferred.

• Knowledge of multiple international cuisines (Continental, Asian, Middle Eastern, etc.) is an advantage.

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

• Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: SAR 1,700 per month
