Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced **System Engineer** with strong expertise in Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control), Cabling Infrastructure, Windows Server, and Networking. The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands‑on technical ability, project execution skills, and customer‑facing experience, including pre‑sales support.

This role is suited for someone who thrives in both field and office environments, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is committed to delivering high‑quality technical solutions.

Core Competencies (Required)

???? 1. CCTV & Access Control Expertise

– Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IP/analog CCTV systems.

– Experience with access control systems, controllers, readers, and credential management.

– Ability to integrate security systems with IT networks.

???? 2. Cabling Infrastructure Expertise

– Strong experience with low‑voltage cabling (Cat6, fiber, coax).

– Termination, testing, labeling, and documentation of structured cabling.

– Rack building, patch panel management, and cable organization.

???? 3. Windows Server & Operating Systems

– Installation and administration of Windows Server environments.

– Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user management.

– Windows OS deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

???? 4. Networking & Routing Expertise

– Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and PoE.

– Experience with firewalls, routers, and managed switches.

– Ability to diagnose and resolve network performance issues.

Professional Skills & Experience

– Minimum 5 years of experience in Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control).

– Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and systems administration.

– Proven experience with cabling infrastructure and low‑voltage installations.

– Strong command of English and Arabic.

– Experience working as a pre‑sales support engineer, including solution design and customer presentations.

– Experience with RFID technologies is a significant asset.

– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and network schematics.

– Strong documentation, reporting, and project‑tracking skills.

Certifications (Highly Preferred)

Certifications in IT and Security Systems are a major advantage, including but not limited to:

– Axis Certified Professional

– Bosch Security Certifications

– Milestone XProtect Certifications

– Exacq Certifications

– Cisco (CCNA or equivalent)

– Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

???? Technical & Field Work

– Install, configure, and commission CCTV, access control, and related security systems.

– Perform system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

– Provide technical support for installed systems and resolve customer issues.

???? Project Management

– Manage technicians and coordinate daily tasks.

– Prepare project documentation, including drawings, reports, and handover packages.

– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

???? Pre‑Sales & Customer Engagement

– Prepare quotes, BOQs, and technical proposals for customers.

– Conduct site surveys and assist in solution design.

– Support sales teams with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
