About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results driven Asst. Sales Manager/ Regional Manager to join our growing team in Jeddah, Central and Eastern region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the FMCG sector.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, build and lead high-performing sales teams, and play a key role in the long-term success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and productivity.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies as needed.

Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent and excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business/ Any Degree

A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated career stability and a track record of growth in previous roles.

Age not more than 40 years.
