About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a Bahraini national with strong knowledge of the local market and proven experience in driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns

Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email, online ads, website)

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior

Coordinate with sales and management teams to support business goals

Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance

Oversee branding, promotions, and events

Requirements:

Bahraini nationality (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role

Strong understanding of the Bahraini market

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus
