• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary cum Document Controller, preferably in a contracting company.
• Experience in document control systems, including receiving, registering, filing, and tracking project documents.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office administration systems.
• Experience in handling correspondence, reports, drawings, and coordination with consultants, clients, and site teams.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
