IT Help Desk Technician
Job Overview:
The IT Help Desk Technician will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
This role is responsible for providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and remote access tools, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring problems are resolved or escalated appropriately to maintain smooth IT operations.

We are seeking a competent and service-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to deliver fast, reliable technical support for computer systems and end users.
The ideal candidate has solid technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a patient, user-focused mindset.
This role plays a key part in maintaining user satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the company’s professional reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for users requesting technical support via phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and targeted questioning
Identify and determine appropriate solutions based on user-reported issues
Guide users step-by-step through problem-solving processes
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when required
Provide accurate information regarding IT systems, products, and services
Log incidents, issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system
Follow up with users to ensure resolution and update case status
Communicate user feedback and recurring issues to the relevant internal teams
Identify opportunities to improve IT support procedures and workflows
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (IT-related certification or training is an advantage)
Proven experience working as an IT Help Desk Technician
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Advanced computer skills, including office software and file management
Good command of both Arabic and English
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and common IT tools
Familiarity with office automation software, databases, and remote support tools
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
User-focused, patient, and calm under pressure
Additional Requirements:
Residence in Riyadh
Transferable Iqama
Preferred age range: 22–25 years
