Workers for a Steel Fabrication company requires “Nigerian Or Cameroon Nationality” who has work experience on the following Job opening.

MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications and Training:

• 3 years+ of experience and training (before being considered a professional machine operator)

• General Safety training

• Machine specific training

• Certifications for particular machines (if any)

• Knowledge of the workings underlying different types of machinery (BENDING, ROLLING, CNC PLASMA CUTTING, LATHE, PRESS,MILLING, IRON MAKER)

• Skilled with the use of tools and measurement devices

• CDL license or specialty license (for operation of heavy machinery, IF ANY)

WELDERS

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience.

• Certified welders 6G. (MIG, TIG, HARD-FACING)

• Can weld stainless steel pipes, tubes, plates, aluminum fitters etc

• Has valid WELDER TEST CERTIFICATE

• Had experience working inside ALBA, BAPCO and FOULATH

FABRICATORS

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience

• Can understand or interpret drawing related to fabricating specific job.

• Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.

• Performing duties on the following machines such as but not limited to; Saw Operator, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, Manual Lathe/Manual Mill, Drilling/Lay-Out, Press Brake-Sheet Metal, and Plasma Table.

• Had experience working inside ALBA, BAPCO and FOULATH

RADIATOR TECHNICIAN

• MIN 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE

• SHOULD HAVE COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF CLEANING AND REPAIRING OF ALL TYPES OF RADIATORS, BRAZING AND SOLDERING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

• SHOULD HAVE PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF OPENING THE RADIATOR TANKS, CLEANING OF THE RADIATORS,

• ASSEMBLING THE TANKS AND SOLDERING THE TANKS BACK TO THE RADIATORS,RECORING OF ALL RADIATORS.

• CLEANING AND REPAIRING OF PLASTIC AND ALUMINIUM RADIATORS.
