التقدم الى Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Engineer – Civil O&G Project in Jubail

We are seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budget and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and detailed BOQs for Oil & Gas projects

Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accurate quantity take-offs

Analyze material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor costs

Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, and commercial comparisons

Support project cost control, cash flow, and cost forecasting activities

Monitor variations, change orders, and claims with proper documentation

Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams

Prepare monthly cost reports, progress valuations, and payment certificates

Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and client standards

Support final accounts and project close-out cost documentation

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management

3–5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Industrial projects

Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation methods, cost control, and contracts

Experience with EPC / LSTK / Maintenance projects preferred

Familiarity with Saudi Aramco / SABIC standards is an advantage

Skills & Tools

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (for quantity take-off)

Knowledge of Primavera P6 and cost tracking tools is an advantage

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Competencies

Understanding of FIDIC / standard contract conditions

Exposure to variation orders, claims, and cost reconciliation

Team-oriented with strong coordination abilities
